Before you pay

This website does not collect payments or financial-account information. Before paid work begins, we provide a written proposal or agreement setting out the relevant scope, fees, timing, payment terms, and any cancellation or refund terms for that engagement.

Published service fees

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $350 per month for up to three bank or card accounts. Catch-up bookkeeping is $200 per month of historical books requiring cleanup. Reporting and workflow support is quoted after a call because the scope varies. Additional accounts, cards, or work outside the stated scope are priced and agreed in writing before paid work begins.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge was made in error or have a concern about services delivered, contact us promptly at [email protected] or 801-618-0080. We will review the request against the written agreement and the work performed. Where a refund is due under the applicable written agreement or law, it will be handled using the original payment method where practicable.

Cancellation and scope changes

Cancellation, pause, and scope-change terms are confirmed in writing for each engagement. Work performed before a cancellation request may remain payable under the applicable agreement.
